about

Moonflower is an interlude that carries the theme of ‘Raios Do Sol’ and modulates key as it leads into ‘Phantom of the Oberheim’. Daylight has waned and given way to the tranquility of twilight - the sun beams from ‘Raios Do Sol’ are but a distant memory now; there’s a fragrance in the air and the daytime bustle of human life has subsided and given way to contemplative silence, punctuated only by the cicadas’ song. It’s in this sultry, magical period of dusk that the nocturnal ‘Moonflower’ blooms, its petals unfurling under the intensifying glare of the moon.
